HOW CAN I KEEP INFORMED?

Getting information inside the station

In-station Information

08/11/20

Need information about train times, journeys or discount fares? Find out all you need to know at the station.

Maybe you'd rather deal with a person than a machine?
Not keen on trying to interpret timetables? Prefer meeting people, being amongst crowds on the move?
Just drop into the nearest station to find out what's in store.

You can ask questions, buy your ticket and hear that friendly 'Bon voyage', across an open desk with no glass screen so that you can communicate with the person behind the counter – whatever your height or physical ability, and even if you are sitting in a wheelchair.
You may find one of those 'New Sales Areas', where a Customer Services Advisor will be able to give you directions, advice and information.

Did you know?

Since 2004, about thirty New Sales Areas have been opened in La Rochelle, Strasbourg, Saint-Malo, Brest, Paris Gare de l'Est, and many other stations.
