Get all the information you need to arrange a train journey (routes, timetables, tickets, services, etc.) all you have to do is pick up the phone, call 0 890 36 10 10 (15 cts per min incl. VAT) for Transilien or 36 35 (34 cts per min incl. VAT) for all other services and follow the instructions. To access the information even more quickly, you can use voice recognition, by pronouncing your request loudly and clearly using key words (e.g. 'trafic', 'objets trouvés,' etc.).
Even better, you can now obtain timetable and route information by text message to your mobile phone.

Simply text the word INFO followed by the train number to 63635 to receive the latest traffic news on this train by text a few moments later: whether it is on time, delayed (with an estimation of the delay) or cancelled.

On the Transilien network you can search for information using Wap/I-mode™. Itineraries, timetables and real-time consultation of departure times for the next 6 trains from your station and full details on the train that interests you.

And because it's even more practical to receive information than to search for it, SNCF has put in place the 'TER traffic newsflash', a new subscriber service that informs users of a delay or cancellation of a train on their daily route by text message.

Despite all these innovations, sometimes you may prefer to speak to a real live person: users of the Transilien network (in the Ile-de-France - Paris- region) can also call +33 (0) 891 36 20 20 (23 cts per min incl. VAT), for information on train times, fares and help to prepare for their journeys. Available every day from 7am to 10pm.
