The SNCF's new e-recruitment website has a number of customisable features and offers candidates an easy and effective way of connecting with the company.

It's easier to use, fuller and faster than ever: the new SNCF e-recruitment site has been designed with applicants' needs in mind.

Easier: there are a number of new features including the opportunity to open an applicant account, a genuinely personal area where candidates can enter in their information, update it, keep a copy of applications made and change their job advert alert settings.

Fuller: the site links directly to the 'employment' section of www.sncf.com. This section now offers a portrait gallery which will give visitors a more accurate feel for the dozens of jobs that make the SNCF a great company to work for. Any applicant interested in a particular job will then be directed to the e-recruitment site where all vacancies are listed.

Faster: the new site is fully linked to the SNCF human resources IT system, and guarantees a real-time connection between users and the company's e-recruitment team.
